Adelaide Beauty Conference 2011 Part 2

Hi! It's been a little over a week since I last blogged because I've been super stressed and busy lately :S But now I've settled down after handing in one assignment. I'm sure my Twitter followers know about what's been happening as I am constantly updating about uni and whatnot! Anyway this is a super duper delayed post but to make up for it, there'll be plenty of pictures - more pictures than words at least ^_^

Yay, I've finally got my hands on the 'professional'/candid pictures from ABC so I thought I'd share the ones that I'm in. I know that sounds quite... I don't know... 'up myself' but I think they'd be most relevant to me and my blog. After all, I don't want to risk putting up a photo that someone doesn't like of themselves. So here we go :)

After the conference we went to have dinner at a restaurant called Ming's Steam Boat and the food was quite nice. A few of the girls brought their goodie bags into the restaurant to do some swaps. I was happy with my items so I didn't end up doing any swapping. I'm pretty sure people at the restaurant gave us funny looks for putting some makeup/skincare products on the table xD I don't have any pictures of dinner to show but I can show a picture of my nails for the night...

NOTD: Face of Australia Molten Metallics in Verdigris (2 coats)

Face of Australia turned out to be one of the goodie bag sponsors, woohoo! I know it's messy, let me explain. I took my nail polish off a few days after ABC and then when I looked through my photos, I realised that I had forgotten to take a picture of my nails when they were painted -_- So I quickly applied this nail polish on one hand and snapped a picture. It was definitely not as messy as this when I had it on for real!!

This is my current favourite necklace which I wear every single day! It's so simple yet sparkly and I was flattered when Violet said that she liked it hehe :3 I've seen so many people stare at my necklace when I'm out and about lol

My heels which became a bit of a pain to walk in after a while x[

Earrings that probably no one saw since my hair was covering

Did I get my cartilage pierced?? Nope! It's an ear cuff so it just wraps around

Unfortunately I lost this ear cuff, I misplaced it somewhere in my room! I'm so devastated

Matte and vibrant eyeshadows. These colours remind me of kids paint palettes hehe, brings back memories

At first I really wanted to swap this because it was so dark and I'm not a huge fan of dark nail polish on my fingernails. Now I'm okay with having this colour because I was able to discover a dupe in my own nail polish collection and I was able to make my nails a metallic purple using this colour as the base! I will show you guys how I did this in a later post =)

Consistency: Velvet-smooth lipsticks, liquid-smooth lipgloss is non-sticky, has little pieces
